Baby Steps

Caroline took her first few steps today!

She was holding on to the kitchen cabinets and then let go and walked about four unsteady steps toward me. I cheered and picked her up, and she was so pleased with herself. Gosh I love her.

To celebrate she decided not to nap this afternoon. That's just the kind of baby she is.

My go-to answer for non-sleeping babies? Go outside and eat popsicles! (Although, the baby didn't actually get a popsicle.)

But I did!

It was a happy summer day. I hope yours was too!
