So Weird!

So, the last two days I've gone into the bathroom at work (which we share with our whole floor, so lots of people who don't work with me) and this girl is in there TALKING ON THE PHONE!!! Yesterday she was in a stall talking and today she was just standing at the sink talking. Argh!

I have to tinkle and some stranger and her phone buddy are listening to me! And then they heard me flush! What's wrong with people?? Who does that?? She can stand in the hall! Should I say something to her if it happens again?
